An Almost Lazy Week

Earlier this week I used the Silverbeet from the garden to make Silverbeet and Fetta Scrolls....

250g of Silverbeet or Spinach....

Cut and lightly wilted...

Place evenly on sheets of puff pastry, add 100g cut up fetta, Freshly ground pepper and I also added Parmesan Cheese as well (not in the photo though)....

They are then rolled up and cut into 1cm thick slices, I then added grated Parmesan on top....

Into a 180'c (160'c fan-forced) oven until brown. Yum!

This Delphinium will be blue :) It is however the only one that is deciding to flower, The others are still quite small....

Another Pretty Petunia! It wasn't just an abnormal flower, there are three flowers on this plant and they are all the same :) I really like this Petunia, the shape is not as pretty as the other Petunia types but its colour is beautiful, very shimmery...

The Silverbeet bed...

Casey guarding one of the flower beds...

All of the Snapdragons seem to be pink lol.....

Looks pink too...

The Main flower bed....

About to open :)

I am planing on visiting a friend next month and doing a lot of gardening, So today I planted a lot of seeds to take with me .... The three green trays and also the black pots at the back are to take, the three black small trays at the front are for my garden, I planted more Stocks, Larkspurs and Alyssum.

"Hi Scent" Sweet Peas...

Broad Beans...

The Lettuce Tower...

Peas...

Mixed Sweet Peas...

And lastly the Carrot seed mats I've been making. I am still so impressed with how much seed is saved by using this method! It will take me a year to get through a packet or maybe even longer! The seed packet says contains 2000 seeds... I don't doubt that!!! lol!

Happy Gardening Everyone :)
